RECOMMENDATIONS
Here is a scope of skills and experience recommended to ensure your performance is completed accurately and proficiently; preferred but not required.
Please Note: Basic computer knowledge is highly recommended. This includes knowing how to use a mouse and keyboard properly, management of computer files and desktops, create-save-name-and delete folders, use of programs such as Word and Excel, or multitasking using multiple screens while also surfing the web.

Prior call center and/or customer service experience preferred but not required

Confident, articulate, professional speaking abilities, and empathetic listener

Excellent verbal communication, listening skills, and excellent phone etiquette (Clear crisp speech)

Clear understanding of the English language as well as an ability to clearly communicate in the English language (Some Spanish and French opportunities are available but limited and goes quickly)

Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times

Excellent judgment and decision making skills

Ability to multitask efficiently between phones and computers

Enthusiasm and a strong goal-oriented work ethic

Ability to ask probing questions and overcome objections

High School Diploma preferred but not required

Ability to successfully pass a background check, drug screen, and certification course to become certified
